We carry out cleaning on a range of external household surfaces. Often, after the cleaning has been done, surfaces come up as good as new and can add value if the property is listed on the market for sale. See below for more details.
Windows
Our standard window cleaning method is to use a lambswool window washer to scrub the windows to remove stubborn dirt. A window scraper is used to remove paint flecks. Finally, a squeegee is used to deliver perfectly clean windows every time.
Screens are cleaned with a detergent solution and a moderate pressure from a gerni, removing dust, mud wasp nests, leaves and unwanted pet hair.
Window tracks are cleaned by hand with a screw driver, rag and a wet and dry hand held vac for the cleanest results each time.

Other Hard Surfaces
In whatever house washing method we use, we don't do anything unless you are happy and comfortable with it, and we always discuss what we are doing with you.
Our standard house washing method is to use a mixture of water diluted chlorine and detergent to completely and safely remove mould, dirt / dust, spiders webs and insect nests. In cases where your house is weather board, we can wash the entire house with our chlorine and detergent mix, then pressure rinse at a moderate pressure to leave your house looking clean and fresh.
As an alternative method for washing houses where the walls are made from wood or weather board, we can spray our safe solution and then hand wash the walls with a soft brush. This method is preferred where paint is older and where there is concern about using high pressure on the paint work.
Additionally, we take great care to move plants and outdoor items of furniture etc, to ensure that they are not affected by the chlorine, and where we cannot remove pot plants, we rinse with a light spray of water both before and after the wash to ensure any chlorine residue is safely removed.
To clean pavers, driveways and paths, we use a strong chlorine to remove very stubborn mould and dirt. For removal of grease / engine oil, we use a de-grease solution coupled with a moderate to high pressure rinse to ensure the best results. In some cases, because concrete is usually quite porous, it may be impossible to remove some stains.
Pool decks are washed with a light chlorine solution and rinsed with a low to moderate pressure, with care taken on all wooden surfaces to ensure that the chlorine will not damage stained surfaces. We spot test before application of chemicals.
